The Client Service Representative (CSR) at Pragma Africa plays a key role in delivering high-quality client support within a dynamic call centre environment. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients while providing efficient, solution-driven service.
The CSR acts as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt resolution through effective communication, problem-solving, and administrative support.
The role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to interpret and communicate technical information, particularly within asset management contexts.
Minimum Requirements
A Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification.
A minimum of 1 year call centre experience.
Strong Computer Literacy.
Experience with Asset Management in Oil & Gas sector would be advantageous.
Experience with Asset Management in Retail sector would be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
System administration using various software platforms.
Meet monthly performance measures and quarterly targets.
Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
Follow through on the remedial action of the client concerns raised.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
