    Client Services Data Capturer Commercial

    Minimum Qualification Required

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
    • RE 5  
    • FAIS 

    Minimum Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of Call Centre and administrative experience 
    • Minimum 2 years in the STI environment

    Competencies Required

    • Flexible 
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure 
    • Self-disciplined
    • Self-motivated
    • Knowledge of TIA and MIA will be advantageous 

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Record keeping; filing and maintenance of databases
    • Data Collection and processing of transactions
    • Reporting and Administration
    • Quality; compliance and accreditation
    • Business Process
    • Services knowledge
