Client Support Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Your role as a Client Support Specialist will involve the following, but not limited to:
- Be a platform specialist. Understand how to use all Kurtosys product range.
- Be able to troubleshoot client tickets and resolve issues on your own, or with help from team members.
- Able to triage tickets effectively to other departments.
- Communicate effectively across teams and provide detailed information when triaging tickets.
- Manage and own ticket communications between internal developers and clients.
Includes
- Live chat conversations.
- Ad hoc client calls to get a better understanding of an issue - with screen share if required.
- Communicating to clients via Fresh Desk.
- Communicating to internal teams via Jira, email or Teams chat.
Own the health of assigned accounts and ensure all client tickets are responded and resolved within the companies Service Level Agreement (SLA).
