Code 10 Driver Copperworks

- Job Field Driving , Logistics
The Transport Division requires a Code 10 Driver who will be responsible for driving the Copperworks truck. Tasks include, amongst others:
- Delivery of ordered products to Customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner
- Establish and maintain positive relations with customers
- Daily inspection of the vehicle and to report all faults
- Preparing, loading and offloading the delivery vehicle whilst meeting delivery deadlines
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, store personnel and other team members
- Complete all paperwork and submit reports relating to deliveries
- Assisting with general store work when required
- Ensure adherence to the Road Traffic Act
- Abide by the regulations as set out in Occupational Health and Safety Act, company policies and the regulations of the road
- Navigate your way around Gauteng and surrounding areas
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
- A minimum Grade 12 certificate
- Valid, unendorsed Code 10 license with valid PDP
- 3 years code 10 driving experience
- Experience driving vehicles with manual gearboxes
