    Coke Regional Account Manager

    Job Details

    Purpose of Role: 

    • Deepen client centric orientation, lead a point of view about client business, deliver insight based powerful stories and thought leadership with a regional perspective as a consequence of continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders in order to improve client satisfaction through the articulation of outstanding responses to client needs, winning and retaining sustainable business for Kantar Worldpanel!

    Role Deliverables:

    Clients

    • Anticipate future needs of business and clients, applying principles of Trusted Advisor and influencing customer's thought process.
    • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
    • Ensure a high quality delivery to clients, through presentations, reports and databases.

    Internal

    • Participate in business meetings and build the annual sales budget, as well as list of potential projects for market prospection.
    • Coordinate activities with Kantar Worldpanel in Middle East & Africa to generate Regional Database for Global clients.
    • Provide full support in postsales to generate more revenue.
    • Work in matrix structure with Advanced Analytics team to develop products and ensure budget achievement of high beneficial services platforms.
    • Interact with global account leaders.  Support Global and Regional negotiations for Tier 1&3 clients.
    • Support Company Strategic Project (WPO, GCF, Insights...) and lead a Client strategic Project.

    Routine

    • Use and maintain updated the organization’s support systems for daily routines, reduction of workload, automation, and management: Timesheet, Worldpanel Online.
    • Lead at least one G10 account.
    • Regularly connect with countries.

    Leverage Knowledge  

    • Share knowledge and experience with the team and clients, applying expertise in a relevant way.
    • To apply your political, economic and social knowledge broadly to be an opinion leader

    Business

    • Identify and develop customer portfolio under own responsibility by offering new solutions and products that are part of the company's portfolio.
    • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and prospecting strategy of product portfolio is in agreement with the guidelines of the Commercial Board.
    • Identify new markets / opportunities, generating business proposals for prospects.
    • Lead strategic projects in the company.
    • Present and cascade for countries Client Master Account Plan to influence at local level.

    Financial Related

    • Conduct commercial negotiation process, preparing proposals, setting the conditions of the offer in line with the commercial policy and supervising potential new sales closing.
    • Formalize vital documentation to certify closing negotiations or cancellation of sales, following Kantar policies and standards, working in partnership with the Finance Team.
    • Regular updates of Finance, People and pipeline for clients.

    Leadership

    • Lead Regular Communication with account leaders and commercial directors.

    Spokesperson

    • Explain technical trainings of commercial area to KWP employees, clients and partners, ambassador of client’s area.

    Role Capabilities:

    • Degree in related areas as Business, Finance, Market Research, Statistics. (MBA Desirable) 
    • 8 years’ experience in Marketing and Market Research, considering minimum experience of 3 years in leading large teams.

    Technical Knowledge 

    •  Microsoft Office
    •  Deep understanding of FMCG and network with people who can contribute to the exchange of knowledge related to subjects that allow updating and identifying trends on the operation market Kantar Worldpanel.
    •  Market Research important metrics Understanding: Retail Panel KPIs/ Equity & Image important metrics
