Collections Strategist at RAIN

The Consumer Team is looking for an individual to join their Billing and Payment function. We’re looking for an analytically strong individual to fulfil a Collections Strategist role.

Responsibilities

• Tactical contribution to increasing and maintaining first time collection rate.
• Analyse and understand existing customer payment experience pain points to develop tactical implementable solutions.
• Work cross functionally with rain interface and CEC teams.
• Monitor month-on-month collections trends and anomalies.
• Responsible for designing and implementing short-term remedy strategies. 
• Own business view collections report to assist in driving strategic decision for the portfolio.
• Stakeholder in designing collections daily tracking blueprint.
• Publish monthly status update.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills – qualitative and quantitative
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Self-managing
• Ability to work in a fast pace and fast changing environment
• Solution-oriented, accountable, highly motivated and with a robust personality
