    Committee Secretary

    About the job

    • The Committee Officer is responsible for providing governance, secretariat and full administration support to the organisation's credit committees.

    Responsibilities

    • At least a degree qualification in finance, audit or accounting background.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant Committee Officer experience, preferably in supporting Credit / Investment Committees.
    • Understanding of the lending business.
    • Knowledge of Company’s Act, PFMA, King IV and relevant legislations.
    • Proven experience in engaging with internal and external auditors.
