Communication Operator at City of Tshwane

Job Purpose

• To receive complaints by telephone and/or radio, relay related information to the blockage removal teams and register all relevant data on the computerised information management system

Application Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least six months’ relevant working experience in administration, fleet and asset control in local authority water and sanitation networks
• Physical fitness and health
• Computer literacy
• Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost
