Job Description
You will be entrusted with the important responsibility of providing comprehensive company secretarial services to local and international clients.
This role involves maintaining statutory records and minute books, managing electronic databases and statutory records, and drafting and registering documentation for various aspects of the company, close corporation, and trust laws. The role also includes direct communication with clients, liaising with authorities like CIPC and the Master of the High Court, and supporting administrative functions within the Company Secretarial Department.
