    Compensation and Benefits Specialist

    Job Specification (not totally inclusive)

    • Updating SuccessFactors on new hires, terminations, movements, planned working time schedules, cost centre changes, reporting changes etc. as per the business requirements;
    • Collate and submit remuneration information to Market Data Survey companies in order to analyze market trends;
    • Analyzing market data and recommend appropriate cost-effective compensation plans to ensure attraction and retention of top talent;
    • Responsible to provide accurate data for annual increase and bonus review processes;
    • Compiling compensation and HR reports used for internal decision making; 
    • Provide support in grading and evaluation of jobs within the company;
    • Conduct monthly audit with Payroll to ensure HR Data is 100% aligned;
    • Resolving  technical remuneration related queries and escalate to the US where applicable;
    • Compile salary recommendations  for new hires and promotions following business guidelines; and
    • Conduct regular and effective data audit.

    Minimum Skills required

    • Grade 12;
    • Qualification in Human Resources Management/related is required;
    • Must have completed GRP certificate;
    • Holding a designation with SARA is advantageous;
    • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Remuneration fields;
    • Must have high level of numeracy and data analysis experience;
    • SAP R/3  and or SuccessFactors experience is essential;
    • Computer literate in MS Office suit; and
    • Valid driver’s license and own transport.

    Behavioural Competencies required

    • Must have strong analytical skills and can work without supervision;
    • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels; and 
    • Must be able to work well under pressure without compromising work quality and standard.
