    Concierge - Tsebo Experience Centre

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Assume overall responsibility for the efficient operation and seamless management of the primary meeting areas, including the Tsebo Experience Centre, ensuring a consistently high standard of functionality and presentation
    • Coordinate and manage client events at the Tsebo Experience Centre, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service
    • Oversee the scheduling, setup, and maintenance of various meeting room areas
    • Work closely with caterers to plan and execute catering needs for events
    • Liaise with IT and marketing departments to ensure the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms are equipped with the latest marketing and sales materials
    • Maintain the appearance and functionality of the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms, ensuring they are always presentable and well-equipped
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
    • Handle client inquiries and provide information about the services offered at the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms
    • Manage inventory and supplies for the Tsebo Experience Centre and meeting rooms
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively with different divisions and departments across Tsebo
    • Proficient in using technology and office software, especially the MS Office Suite
    • Proven experience as a Concierge
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
    • Outstanding communication skill
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Hospitality and customer centric focus. 

    Qualifications    

    • Grade 12 certificate is mandatory requirement
    • Bachelor's Degree and or Diploma is an added advantage
    • Proven experience in event management or a related field
    • Computer literacy
    • 2-3 years frontline hotel/customer service experience
