• Ensure detailed policies, procedures, procedure manuals, systems and controls are robust and implemented within the legal department

Requirements:

• Minimum B. Com LLB Degree
• Admitted attorney or advocate of the High Court of South Africa
• 5 - 10 years post articles experience specializing in commercial / contract law and litigation
• Understanding corporate governance and knowledge of global best practice / trends within the regulatory, compliance and governance framework

Functions:

Requirements:

• Xero experience
• Foreign exchange experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Allocation of payments and receipts in Xero
• Processing of invoices and bills on weekly basis
• Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations ensuring completeness and accuracy between the systems within predetermined deadlines
• Audit capturing of daily receipts by the customer success team
• Preparing payments for release on local and international banking platforms.
