Consolidation Manager - Stellenbosch at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd

• The role purpose is to provide support, develop and enhance the existing Business Planning & Consolidation application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce statutory financial information

• Produce a set of financial reports and supporting schedules accurately and timeously to determine the performance of the companies (profit and loss)
• Produce a set of accurate reconciled balance sheets on time in full
• Ensure statutory compliance with the Receiver of Revenue requirements as required by specific country

Financial governance, internal controls and risk mitigation

• Implement, maintain and assess key financial controls
• Analyse and check creditor and debtor age analysis and provide feedback to action payment
• Drafting of annual financial statements
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigating measures

Build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders

• Professional communication, behaviour and actions result in a high level of credibility, trust and respect with internal work partners
• Build effective relations with internal and external work partners to adhere to service level agreements where applicable

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes

• Implement new ideas and improve methods, systems and work processes that will lead to cost efficiency and speed of reporting
• Stay abreast of current developments in relevant expertise
