Clerk: Reconciling - Blue Ribbon Waltloo at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing of claims
• Accurate driver reconciliation
• Ensuring that all POD’s returned are valid and maintained
• Ensuring all customer claims are processed accurately and on time
• Route Stock Control
• Participation in invocoms
• Allocation of cash received to the relevant driver
• Sending of reports
• Attending to admin queries and meeting the deadlines
• Processing of bank statement
• Allocation of gate release to correct drivers
• Ensuring all supporting documents attached to recon
• Knowledge on Cashing/Bda Machine

Experience and Qualifications:

• Matric
• FMCG experience an advantage
• 3-5 Years’ experience in collection of debtors receivables and administration
• Knowledge of basic financial principles – Debit vs Credit

Working Conditions:

• 6-day position
