    Consulting - Customer & Marketing - Digital Customer - Salesforce Solution Architect

    Job Description
    Main Purpose of Job

    To support engagement teams in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements / projects. 

    Preferred Experience

    • 8+ years management consulting experience
    • 5+ years in business development and practice building
    • 8+ years’ experience working in a consulting or similar organization, implementing solutions in a regulated environment
    • 5+years’ experience as an Architect, designing and implementing large-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform
    • Solid understanding of Virtualization and/or Cloud Computing Technologies
    • Experience and knowledge of delivering services and implementations in Africa will be advantageous
    • Advanced corporate communication and writing experience as well as advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience in managing large technology rich business transformation projects advantageous
    • Conceptual level knowledge of system integration, enterprise content management and/or business process transformation is an advantage
    • Interpersonal communications skills, presentation skills and client interaction skills including relationship management
    • Experience within banking and a solid understanding of the greater financial services environment would be an advantage
