Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• To work with stakeholders throughout the organisation; to build a holistic view of the organisation's analytical requirements and align it with the organizations strategy; perform project management on projects.

1. Analytics

• Analyzes product trends, competitor trends and market trends
• Produce necessary reporting and dashboards of analytical findings
• Develop tabular storage models for in memory reporting modules
• Perform statistical analysis using R or Python language
• Custodian of Dataview, SSD, Orderdynamics, Repwise, Medpages, Temple and Choices software

2. Operations

• Ensure web dashboards are maintained with latest data on web portal
• Ensure monthly reporting is maintained with latest data
• Develop ad-hoc reporting according to business specifications
• Assist Capabilities Manager with tasks for export markets if required.

3. Project management

Ensure project charters are created and maintained for projects undertaken

• Stakeholder analysis
• Project scope management
• Project resource management
• Project time management
• Project quality management
• Risk analysis
• Project communication management

Ensure all project work breakdown structures are created, maintained to stay on project delivery timelines and enforce where possible mitigation action to get projects back on track if needed.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business (BBA) or Bsc computer science with majors preferable in the following (project management, data science, statistics, software development or BI related)
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar role

Skills & Knowledge

• Technical Skills: HTML5, SQL, R or Python, Excel. Powerpivot. Powerview. DAX.
• Methodology skills: PMBOK, BABOK and Kimball/Inmon
• Communication Skills
