Answering the phones and assisting the clients with their telephonic queries, ensuring the phones are not on silent and that every call is answered as far as possible.
Assisting with any administration that may be required to assist a client
Assigning calls to the relevant department
Contacting ISP's where necessary to resolve client queries
Taking messages as and when required
Following through with resolving queries received
Ensuring that there are always 2 or more people at the desk to answer calls.
Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
Manage and update customer databases (Trello) with the status of each customer.
Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
Attending events to promote the company brand as required
Helping to create, maintain and update promotions and marketing databases as required
Assisting in responding to customer queries and complaints as well as following through where necessary.
Any other reasonable task.
Requirements
A completed Grade 12 qualification.
A minimum of 1 year in a similar contact center environment.
Proficient abilities in Microsoft/Google Suite applications.
Experience of at least one year working with a PABX/Multi-line phone system is preferred.
Driven to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
