Contact Centre Campaign Administrator at Ignition Group

The role:

We are recruiting Campaign Administrators to support contact centre local campaigns. A top-notch Operations Administrator should be highly organised and thrive under pressure.

The detail:

• To manage, facilitate and resolve all escalations and queries within the required turnaround time.
• Log service requests and manage to resolution. • Onboard new agents (Vodacom Systems Access).
• Log deal match requests and keep track. Submit tracker on a weekly basis to management.
• Extract churn stats for the hourly sales updates. • Audit all user access including M2 user access.
• Keep track of all sim cards and routers issued to work-from-home agents.
• Perform any adhoc administrative functions.

Requirements:

Are you this person?

•  Have you completed Matric?
• Do you have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the contact centre environment?
• Skills required – Strong admin, excellent communication, detail-oriented, highly analytical, good problem solver, multitasking, accuracy in reports
