    Continuous Improvement & MI Analyst

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement and MI (Management Information) Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging data to enhance organizational performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights related to organizational performance.
    • Develop and produce regular Management Information (MI) reports for stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
    • Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights.
    • Ensure the accuracy, reliability and security of data used in MI and continuous improvement activities. 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis leading to solutions that are both sustainable and that have a positive impact on our people.
    • Contribute to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation.
    • Monitor project activities and evaluating the overall projects.
    • Fully understand the policies, processes and systems which apply to your team’s work and provide leadership so that your team works within these.

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – HR/Data Analytics/Information Management/Project Management

    Desirable: It would be advantageous to have a post graduate qualification in the relevant discipline 

    Experience: 

    • 3 year's plus experience of working in a complex multi-national organisation – ideally HR context.
    • 3-5 years' understanding and experience of HR systems - including, Data Analytics solutions, SAP ERP & Success Factors.
    • Proven track record of practical experience in a role of similar complexity.
    • Track record of interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders and colleagues
