Control Environmental Officer: Waste Policy and Minimisation, Ref No. EADP 23/2025
The Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to manage and promote the effective and efficient development, implementation of integrated waste management policies, legislation and strategies, action plans, norms and standards, guidelines, and the promotion and implementation of waste minimisation interventions.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 4-year B-Degree/ Honours (equivalent or higher qualification) in natural or physical sciences, environmental sciences or engineering field or an equivalent qualification
A minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in the field of waste and/or pollution management.
