    Controller Fleet

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Grade 12 / Matric with Maths.
    • Any other related qualification will be advantageous.

    Experience Requirements    

    • 2 years in a transport industry.
    • At least 1 year experience in driver management.
    • Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.

    Key Outputs    

    • Load execution.
    • Reports
    • Documentation management.
    • Monitor fuel consumptions and investigate irregularities.
    • Monitor and update the service schedule to ensure trucks are not overrun and serviced according to the prescribed intervals.
    • Accident/Incident reporting and investigation.
    • Arranging repairs and maintenance for all vehicles.
    • Capturing and analysing of daily spreadsheets.
    • Capturing and monitoring of driver’s and crew’s working and overtime hours.
