Qualifications and experience required:

• Three to five years’ relevant experience required.
• Grade 10 or equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant driver’s licence; and
• Basic computer literacy: MS Word/Excel.

Job purpose:

• Applying procedures and guidelines associated with the provision of support and monitoring of minor works by establishing applications for execution, preparing basic drawings and estimate, conducting site inspections, participating in site meetings and making available routine information or approved technical guidelines for implementation, organising responses to queries/enquiries, and attending to minor works records update and reporting requirements in order to ensure progress and compliance information/observations against scope of the contract is checked and communicated to enable evaluation and/or the determination of appropriate corrective measures for implementation.
• As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
