Ghostpractice is the programme for the day to day administration of the conveyancing bookkeeping.
The position entails printing statements, posting allocations, loading payment, processing regulation 86(4) investments, which includes posting guarantees if applicable, determining LPC interest eared, bank charges etc, daily reconciliation of all trust and business accounts
Weekly COJ refunds outstanding, unallocated payments, age analysis
VIP knowledge is essential and loading salaries
Being able to gather information to filing and PAYE, VAT, monthly
VAT adjustments
Posting journals as required
Candidates must have experience working at a law practice specialising in conveyancing
