Coordinator I Food EMEA at NSF International

Primary Functions:

• Ensure Registration documentation is sent to clients within agreed timescales
• Following-up on outstanding registrations to assist Scheduling with their bookings
• Applying for extensions where needed and follow-through until approved
• Processing registrations and renewals within agreed timescales
• Responding to, and acting on client queries within agreed timescales
• Filing of correspondence
• Maintain and update the relevant database
• To provide additional administrative assistance to other administrators as, required

• Ability to meet deadlines
• Problem Solving: Problems will require analysis of new factors.

• Computer literacy – intermediate level in Microsoft Office
