    Corporate Real Estate Manager - AMESA

    This role responsibilities are to:

    • Assist with execution of acquisition, disposition and lease transactions to support business needs
    • Analyze market trends and lease rates to identify and execute productivity initiatives
    • Deliver consistent sector-wide reporting in support of Finance, HR, Logistics, and Engineering
    • Support strategic planning that relates to real estate
    • Specifically on the Office projects, fully understand and implement the new Work that Works framework and PepsiCo’s Workplace Guidelines 7.0

    All of this working hand in hand with the identified Business Unit stakeholders to solve for their business needs while identifying productivity opportunities and optimizing the real estate portfolio.

    Organizational Responsibilities:

    • Support the implementation of industry best practices for transaction services for AMESA offices and supply chain portfolios
    • Align with stakeholders and implement consistent control processes for project approvals
    • Work with internal and external counsel, risk management, financial shared services and other groups to support
    • Assure compliance with PepsiCo’s Workplace Guidelines for office projects
    • Work with Colliers team members and assure they meet KPI standards

    Team Leadership:

    • Develop and support the implementation of strategic plans
    • Provide general support and back up to the role manager including managing the third party strategic partnership for project management
    • Support brokerage and site selection consulting services providers

    Create Efficiency:

    • Support standard processes and service provider network to efficiently deliver the right real estate assets at the required time and at the lowest possible cost
    • Analyze market trends and portfolio needs to identify opportunities and deliver both cash flow and productivity

    Drive Future Success:

    • Support corporate standard data management processes that will provide for consistent corporate reporting

    • Credibility to advise senior managers and executives

    • Superior research and analytical skills

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • 5-10 years’ experience in corporate real estate, both office and supply chain
    • Skilled in transaction management and contract negotiations
    • Mastery of financial modeling
    • Build to Suit Industrial Development Experience
    • Professional Certification
    • Professional certification: CCIM / MCR / SIOR/ Preferred
    • Education
    • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
    • BA / BS required
