About the Role -

• The successful incumbent will work in a fast-paced, target orientated, dynamic environment, where internal job positions will need to be filled with the best suited candidates, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Recruitment 

• Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee the hiring process from gaining a thorough understanding of the role requirements from the hiring manager, creating the job advertisement, sourcing candidates, screening, head-hunting and conducting the respective interviews and background checks to fill the role with the most suitable candidate.
• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Implement sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
• Evaluate candidates based on their assessments and telescreen.
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that the candidate’s applications are processed efficiently and timely.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Stay abreast of recruitment technology trends and tools, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or related qualification is advantageous.
• Has 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally filling sales roles.
• Experience working in a fast paced and target orientated environment.
• Proven history of filling roles with suitable candidates.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and relevant employment laws.
