Corporate Services Cluster (Reference Number: XMAN17007)

• NQF level 7 qualification in any of the following fields: Human Resources / Industrial Psychology, Legal, Risk Management, Communication
• 8-10 years’ experience in the relevant field of which at least 3 years must have been at management level.
• Consulting experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

The panel members will be expected to provide the following services:

• Form part of the interview panels as and when relevant positions are filled.
• Provide expert advice to the panel regarding the suitability of interviewed candidates.
• Provide ad-hoc consulting services as and when required in the relevant field.
• Professional Registration with the relevant Professional Body (where applicable) is required.
• Experience in the public sector, particularly in the local government sector will be an added advantage.
