Country Change Lead - Contractor - JHB at Six Senses

You will be working as Country Change Lead, and will be the part of Process Automation business area for IA - Lead Country management division. In this role you will be reporting to Country HR Manager
and will be responsible for organizing, executing and overseeing the change, communicating and training activities in the country or cluster under your lead business.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR function or Change Management experience
• Experience in large transformation programs
• Relevant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools including process, technology and people aspects
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences.
