    Creative Director

    We are looking for a talented, dynamic individual to head up the creative team in crafting integrated creative solutions to communicate with our internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a Creative Director role, good planning and organisation skills and the ability to manage people, projects and resources.

    The detail:

    Taking the lead

    • Lead, manage and be responsible for the Creative team within Ignition Group (we’re talking Designers, Multimedia Designers, Videographers and Copywriters).
    • Attract top talent and retain the best creative staff.
    • Be involved in performance management, discipline and career growth/planning of creative team.
    • Work closely with your team to generate and build great solutions.
    • Build a strong collaborative relationship with the broader team, business units and clients.

    The creative side

    • Conceptualise creative ideas.
    • Be responsible for effective creative output of all communication campaigns.
    • Develop and execute outstanding integrated communication campaigns.
    • Drive creative excellence, proactivity and innovative thinking.
    • Be an expert in content optimisation and brand consistency.
    • Maintain brand CI and DNA standards across all brands and media.
    • Work closely with Copywriters to develop advertising concepts and campaigns.
    • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography and graphics designed.

    Communication is key

    • Understand business strategic imperatives and what is required in order to execute communication effectively, driving objectives and goals.
    • Effectively articulate and support strategic and design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy.
    • Juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules.
