    Credit Manager

    • The Credit Manager will lead the credit and collections strategy across the assigned territory, ensuring strong cash flow performance, risk mitigation, and alignment with overall business goals. This high-impact role is responsible for overseeing credit assessment, establishing credit limits, managing collections performance, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in credit risk management, collections processes, customer relationship management, and team leadership — with a strong focus on driving results, process improvement, and collaboration across departments.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Engage directly with strategic/key global accounts to structure risk-appropriate credit terms and resolve escalated issues.
    • Review new customers to establish credit limits and terms.
    • Provides mentoring and coaching to GBC and local teams.
    • Lead high-level reviews of portfolio performance, aging, concentration risks, and provisioning adequacy.
    • Serve as a key strategic partner to senior stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations
    • Determine when proper escalation and 3rd party collections are required.
    • Act as the final escalation point for complex disputes, insolvency scenarios, or sensitive accounts.

    What you bring:

    • At least 10 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelors degree in Business or related field
    • Good at building strong relationships with business stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker
    • Commercially curious mindset
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.
    • Demonstrates a positive, problem-solving attitude.
    • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Agile and flexible with willingness to take on other opportunities as they are presented.
