The successful candidate will be part of a team in the Admin/Financial department of both the Bloemfontein and Klerksdorp Distribution Centres to ensure all related creditors functions are executed according to standing procedures and criteria.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Computer literate (Excel - intermediate)
Experience working on Syspro advantageous
Creditors and/or Admin background
Mathematical skills
Attention to detail
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities
Cash control
Banking
Petty Cash
Reconciliation of accounts payable
Payment of Suppliers
Obtaining of invoices from Suppliers
Handling of all claims from Suppliers
Posting of invoices accurately before cut-off dates
