About the job
We are looking for a young & innovative person to join our Finance team. This person will be responsible for:
- Statements & Account reconciliations
- General office admin
- Monthly update of special pricing lists
- Upfront payment schedules
- Landed cost processing
- Labour broker reconciliation with timesheets
- Remittances to suppliers and follow ups
- Invoice processing & filing for all local & foreign suppliers
- Creditors account applications
- GL review for purchasing
- Purchasing analysis as requested
- Processing payroll payments including SARS, Medical aid & Provident fund
- Month end payments follow up
- Ensure all paperwork is correct and pricing has been approved for every transaction
This individual should have a vast knowledge & experience in SAP, Invoice processing, Foreign creditors, Reconciliations, Payment files, VAT & Landed cost
