    Creditors Clerk

    About the job
    We are looking for a young & innovative person to join our Finance team. This person will be responsible for:

    • Statements & Account reconciliations
    • General office admin
    • Monthly update of special pricing lists
    • Upfront payment schedules
    • Landed cost processing
    • Labour broker reconciliation with timesheets
    • Remittances to suppliers and follow ups
    • Invoice processing & filing for all local & foreign suppliers
    • Creditors account applications
    • GL review for purchasing
    • Purchasing analysis as requested
    • Processing payroll payments including SARS, Medical aid & Provident fund
    • Month end payments follow up
    • Ensure all paperwork is correct and pricing has been approved for every transaction

    This individual should have a vast knowledge & experience in SAP, Invoice processing, Foreign creditors, Reconciliations, Payment files, VAT & Landed cost


    We are looking to fill this role by 1 August 2021 or sooner.
