Position Overview:

The role will be a key enabler to set the foundations of a common analytics platform with our bottler's partners, will be the part of the bottler engagement team in the data and analytics field.
The role will support a cross-functional team on initiatives that align to global/center and help guide our partners on how to interpret and understand data-driven results. This position requires a high-energy, skilled negotiator, highly resilient and creative to deal with the bottlers, motivated individual with strong technical, analytical skills, excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior partners. The role will be part of a team and engage a broader cross-functional team developing your own analyses, impactful insights, thoughtfully communicating those insights to enable data-driven decisions and empower and drive adoption of self-service analytics building system-wide capability.
The X System Enablement Manager will oversee AFRICA Bottlers as part of the Analytics & Insights Team.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
The role will be a part of the Platform Service Data and Analytics (DnA) OU team in the EMEA Region
The role will work directly with the AFRICA OU (CC&L and Franchise) + Bottlers Systems and the Business Insights team and other Platform services.
The role will oversee the foundational Cross-system data enablement with our bottlers, through a relevant stakeholder approach, from NSR Datalake foundation to joint data sets management and insights
The role will be in charge of connecting the Nielsen data management for the OU, working together to provide support to the Business Insights in this particular dataset along with the bottlers
The role will be in charge of connecting Household panel data and analytics across the System
The role will participate in new data set ingestion for the Enterprise Data lake that can help connect the System in common analytics.
The role will work together with the O2O organization to assess common data sets for the System to support initiatives
The role will work together with the Business Insight Area on solution development and become a super-user of datasets, dashboards, and models that can leverage our bottler's analytics agenda,
Be an active advocate for data & analytics-based decision-making across the system.
You understand the WHY’s behind the data to enable fact-based decision making and have the ability drive deployment, adoption and application of analytics.
Help the team connect with the data literacy agenda
Education Requirements:
Extensive experience (7 years +) Desired master’s degree in business, Analytics or associated field
Related Work Experience:
Experience with data analytics insights and work processes for learning and decision support
Solid background in implementing enterprise data strategies in areas including data foundations, governance, advance analytical solutions, with excellent ability in understanding and communicating the larger picture behind how data drives a business
Strong leadership skills, business problem definition, and priority setting skills
An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations
A passion to learn/develop and bring in emerging trends/technology that drive further insight value
The mindset of an entrepreneurial thinker and is a self-starter, displaying proactive thinking
