• Support content production for a wide range of clients in a variety of channels/formats including social media, website, blogs, videos, whitepapers, display advertising and promotional copy

• Ensure that content for each client is consistently produced to brand guidelines, on schedule, at high level of quality and in alignment with the company’s overall content standards 

• Work closely with internal team to build on existing content and social media strategies in order to drive brand and product awareness

• Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information whilst maximising opportunities for engagement, indexing, ranking, click throughs and conversion

• Use knowledge of best practices by channel and be at the cutting edge of understanding internet, social, and meme culture and how to sensitively work within it while maintaining brand goals and values

• Track and monitor engagement and readership performance to help inform immediate opportunities as well as longer term strategy

• Monitor/Moderate social media conversations, mentions and reviews and facilitate online conversations via Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, Bitcointalk, Discord and others where client community lives

• Continuous research in tech topics such as Internet of Things, Bitcoin, Crypto, DeFi, DaPPs, Yield Farming, DAOs, Web 3.0, NFTs etc 

Skills needed

• Prior experience as a Copywriter, Content Creator or a similar role

• A deep understanding and keen interest of cryptocurrencies will be needed for this role

• Experience in a digital marketing agency/environment in the fintech/crypto industry will be highly regarded

• Keen interest in tech topics such as Internet of Things, Bitcoin, Crypto, Web 3.0, NFTs etc 

• Lives and breathes all things social including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Reddit and LinkedIn.

• Be able to adapt to multiple clients/brands simultaneously

• Sound knowledge of SEO and keyword research

• Ability to fact-check long content pieces

• Proficiency in English along with excellent writing skills

• Highly organised, critical thinker with demonstrated ability to prioritise, self-start, multi-task and handle a wide variety of tasks.

• Tech savvy with a digital marketing tools such as Buffer, Canva, Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite etc
