Minimum Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
Experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, preferably in stockroom or receiving environments
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with basic proficiency
Good organisational and planning skills to prioritise tasks and meet set objectives
Detail-oriented approach to minimise errors and maintain quality standards
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, demonstrating good stress tolerance
Commitment to honesty, reliability, and adherence to ethical standards

Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
Perform store operational activities in line with company policies to ensure safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
Manage stock processes including receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and according to standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly sales floor and backroom, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
Demonstrate personal discipline by adhering to attendance, dress code, and timekeeping requirements.
Identify and report any acts of dishonesty or shrinkage, following established corporate procedures and red flag policies.
Support team communication by participating in meetings and understanding daily operational objectives.
Apply basic selling skills and product knowledge to assist customers effectively and promote sales.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet operational goals while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
