Technician Duties:

• Conduct physical ATM and signage installations at merchant sites.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance of ATMs, including servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Meet SLAs on a daily basis with regards to installations, removals, callouts, preventative maintenance and signage
• Commission and prepare ATMs for installation.
• Refurbish used ATMs.
• Conduct dispenses test of ATMs ahead of deployment.
• Conduct quality checks on ATMs and parts.
• Inspect ATM vinyl application on the machines and ensure that they are according to correct branding standards.
• Quality control bank branded ATM top-boxes to ensure they meet standards.
• Arrange for the movement of ATMs between third party providers.
• Arrange for ATM safe locks to be installed.
• Conduct alignment testing on ATM dispensers.
• Manage and report on the movement of inventory such as ATMs, ATM parts and consumables.
• On a daily basis, process the movement of stock and nature of the callout details on the in-house mobile app.
• Communicate status updates with your Field Services Coordinator throughout the day
• Travel within South Africa to perform ATM servicing, installations and repairs.
• Deal with customers and third-party service providers telephonically and in-person
• Conduct merchant training sessions at ATM sites.
• Prepare operational and technical reports on an ongoing basis.
• Be available on the stand-by roster on weekends, public holidays, or weekend shift work, when required

Supervisor Duties

Conduct Training and induction for new starters

• Conduct training for new Fidelity custodians
• On – going refresher training for existing technicians
• Travel to technicians to complete stock checks and site visits
• Monitor, manage and report on all technical visits and individual’s performance
• Ensure that effective stock management and boot-stock disciplines are achieved
• Site Visits and recommendations for Hot – sites and escalated sites
• Repair stock to be distributed to technicians
• Review repeat call-outs and provide intervention where necessary
