Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Liaison to perform concierge welcoming services and create an engaging environment, including channelling all customers entering the Customer Interaction Center to the correct service department and enhancing the overall customer experience.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for:
- Customer/Client Satisfaction|
- Administration and Reporting|
- People Management|
Requirements

What are we looking for?
- 2- 3 Years’ experience in a call centre with strong telephonic and listening skills; basic MS Office Skills essential||Essential /
- Minimum|0-5 years|
- Diploma/NQF level 5
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
