Customer Relations Management

• Build effective relations with key customers within region of responsibility.
• Frequent liaison with customer senior management
• Entering into discussions to resolve escalated disputes promptly, in manner that is acceptable to all parties involved.
• Continually reselling CHEP concepts and benefits/costing, to ensure that customers fully appreciate the commercial benefits of CHEP.

Leadership and Managerial

• Leading of geographical dispersed team.
• Approvals within authorization matrix assigned to this position.
• Frequent and effective communication with team members, ensuring task is completed timeously.
• Identification of development areas of team members and the support thereof.
• Building and support of effective internal communication.

Revenue Management

• Ensuring and supporting team members to achieve allocated revenue objectives for area of responsibility.
• Assisting in and conducting rate negotiations when and where necessary, aligned with the shared rate booklet.

New Business Development

• Actively identifying new business opportunities in all market sectors for all product ranges, namely Pallets, RPCs, IBCs, Bulk Bins and Auto Products.
• Assist and support team with the conversion of identified opportunities.
• Implement strategies and plans for development of new business / growth opportunities.
• Lead and participate in new business projects.
• Planning and Staffing

Preferred Education

• Degree and equivalent - Agricultural Business and Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience

• 5 - 7 yearsHybrid Remote
