Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix

Job Description

Due to incredible growth, we’re searching for individuals passionate in providing exceptional customer service, to join our experienced Customer Service Team in Concentrix Durban!

• You will be working on behalf of a major American broadcasting corporation, supporting customers with on variety of inbound queries only. You will be based in our brand new, state of the art office in Westway Office Park, 18 The Blvd, Dawncliffe, Durban.

To be considered in this job, you must be able to commit to full flexibility between 2pm – 2am Monday to Friday
As the voice for our client, you’ll support customers with:

• General questions
• Basic trouble shooting
• Help customers find a better priced plan
• Upselling or cross selling on a customer’s account
• Some are just fun talking about the range of entertainment offered

Your Skills
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• Minimum 6 month call center experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Fluent in English language (B2 Level or above)
• Matric certificate
• Good at multi-tasking
• Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time
