    Customer Service Advisor - Fashion Retail

     Core competencies

    • Assist with return/exchange requests and customer inquiries both online and in-stores.
    • Communicate with customers as their primary point of contact for addressing and resolving any issues, problems, or service request with a focus on finding timely solutions.
    • Oversee WhatsApp and Ecommerce Chatbot communication.
    • Manage the Inter Branch Process of sourcing and scheduling in-store and online customer requests.
    • Logging and scheduling product transfers and logging product movements on Shopify between store to store and Ecommerce.
    • Log and process claims for lost or hijacked orders to ensure prompt resolution and payment through BobGo.
    • Excellent command of English language (both verbal and written).
    • Solid organizational, administrative, time management skills and keen sense of attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage client’s expectations.
    • Customer Focused - ability to excel in the provision of service.
    • Ability to consistently deliver quality service under the pressures of volume variances in inbound calls, length of calls, escalations and peak periods.
    • Solution Orientated with a proactive approach to problem resolution and detail

    Requirements

    • 3 - 4 years' Retail experience.
    • An ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively, with strong negotiation skills.
    • A ‘customer first’ attitude and approach to working.
    • Computer literacy
    • Organisational and administration skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Action orientated.
