    Customer Service Agent

    • Are you detail-oriented and passionate about helping people navigate their private banking journey? Join our team as a Customer Service Agent and play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient online application processes for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow up with customers
    • Proactively track the status of submitted applications
    • Communicate with customers about any issues that need attention
    • Engage with clients by answering their questions about the status of their applications
    • Collaborate effectively with our sales team to gather all essential information
    • Partner with other departments to ensure we obtain any additional documentation needed for a smooth process

    Requirements

    • Very detail-oriented
    • Clear communication
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Basic knowledge of insurance terms and products
    • Follow-up discipline

    Must Haves:

    • Financial services or private banking experience Preferred
    • Home office set-up
    • Fast internet speed
