The purpose of this position is to:
To drive a consistent excellent customer service by supporting the branches to achieve operational objectives and mission statement of FEM.
To provide high quality, professional and efficient service within the agreed or reasonable time frames by adhering to administrative support service of the customer service department.
To act as the interface between external customers and internal departments
The minimum requirements:
Matric with good functional literacy in English and Mathematics
Communication and/or Customer Service qualifications Communication and/or Customer Service qualifications (Added advantage)
0 to 6 months’ experience in general administration
Communication skills
Relevant Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage
