    Quality Assurance Intern

    Job Description

    • FEM invites applications for a 12‑month Internship Programme within the Quality Assurance department at our Head Office.

    The purpose of this position is to:

    • Learn and apply COIDA, DEL directives, and internal SOPs in reviews and documentation,
    • Escalate non-compliance trends under guidance,
    • Observe and participate in QA processes, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions,
    • Support QA Analysts in reviewing claims, underwriting, documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness,
    • Identifies obvious errors and inconsistencies under supervision,
    • Support round table preparations for QA processes,
    • Assist in compiling QA reports, dashboards and summaries for management.

    The minimum requirements:

    • Matric with strong English and Mathematics literacy
    • An Internal Audit qualification or a qualification related to Financial Management will be an added advantage.
    • 0 to 6 months’ experience in general administration
    • Good communication skills

    The purpose of this position is to:

    • Ensure that all documents including Employers’ Reports of accident received by the FEM (manually or FEMO) are accurately or correctly captured/indexed on the Bokamoso system.
