You are responsible for ensuring the effective and timeous administration of all sales orders by providing a professional service that exceeds customer expectations.
Reporting to the Services Manager you will work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance and our customers and suppliers.

THE PERSON
The successful applicant will have an appropriate administration diploma and 3-5 customer/call center and ERP experience ideally within an FMCG environment. Systems orientation and superior customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are key. Success in this role will not only depend on your knowledge, but how you go about your work.
