Customer Services Intern at Sage

• You’ll provide an effortless customer experience by addressing inquiries using a variety of channels (telephone, email, chat, social media, etc.) in a support-center environment adhering to scheduled shifts, procedures, metrics, and departmental goals. You’ll generate sales leads and identify cross-sell opportunities with customers to ensure they get the very best value with Sage, as well as identifying the root cause of any technical issues our customers may encounter with their product.
• You’ll be joining us for 12 months in our cosmopolitan South Africa head office in Midrand with free parking and near the Metrobus, Gaubus, Gautrain & taxi drop off\collection.
