Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, while employing business strategies to enhance product adoption, retention, upselling, contract adherence, and growth.
Introduce new products to customers, provide coaching and training on product features, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Build trust by being responsive to customers and recognising their contributions, while also tracking and ensuring prompt resolution of customer support tickets.
Conduct web sessions for troubleshooting and issue resolution, collaborating with other teams when necessary.
Work with Account Directors, Sales, and Professional Services to deliver value to customers.
What our client is looking for:
A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal.
5+ years' experience working directly with customers and partners.
Proven ability to analyse situations, identify key objectives, and propose effective action plans.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation.
Strong project planning and management skills, with experience in proposals and RFPs a plus.
Proficient in Office 365, with experience in SharePoint Online and Customer Success software.
