    Customer Success Specialist

    If you join us, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Assisting that new customer sign-ups are optimally on-boarded in the minimum amount of time
    • Giving feedback on the customer journey to identify weaknesses to improve on, in order to maximise NPS
    • Ensure your customer nurturing, and cross selling is to target to increase net retention rates
    • Have ongoing communications to our customers to drive engagement
    • Managing working with at-risk customers to reduce gross churn
    • Working, growing, nurturing and motivating yourself in the B2B CS team
    • Working on support and success ticketing with the team to resolve customer issues
    • Managing a set list of clients in our success management program.

    The person we are looking for is ideally:

    • Someone based in Cape Town or surrounds who is able to work from home and from our office in the Cape Town CBD.
    • Intelligent and energetic, we will help you walk, jog then sprint, but we need your energy.
    • Someone who can work very independently; who does not need to be policed to remain motivated.
    • A good communicator and team builder and player.
    • A person who likes to learn new things and who has an interest in technology.
    • Superb chill ability we don’t do drama unless it's on stage.

    Ideal experience: But not all completely necessary,

    • We are looking for cultural fit and a proven track record in a customer success team, ideally in a SAAS/Telco environment.
    • Working knowledge of the Telco environment helpful
    • Appropriate tertiary education or customer successor service related courses or experience.
    • Experience in software or telecommunications or technology sectors is a bonus
    • A good understanding of IoT communications is a bonus.
    • APN support level experience is a bonus, not essential,
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
