Customer Trainer at Diversey

Role Purpose:

• Call customers to schedule training
• Conduct training at Customer premises
• Extensive travel required with long periods away from home
• Fit and healthy -be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time.
• Record all training done with participants
• Maintain an on-going yearly record of training done with ACE customers
• File all copies of Training registers
• Ensure all store DC Hygiene file is up to date
• Do small repairs to dispensing equipment whilst in store
• Communicate any maintenance issues that he /she cannot fix immediate when on site
• Responsible for all the merchandising of Sealed Air material -new stores/customers
• Replacement of old or peeling merchandising when after conducting training
• Identify competitor products in store and report findings to relevant Sales Representative
• Ability to deal with pressurized and tough Retail environment
