    Dairy Production Assistant

    Requirements

    • A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
    • Must be able to work under pressure.
    • Neat and organised.
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
    • Experience in dairy production would be advantageous.
    • Experience in a kitchen environment.
    • Computer literate.
    • Team-player attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Package cheese products.
    • Maintain hygiene in the cheese room.
    • Cleaning and general hygiene.
    • Place and receive orders.
    • Apply FIFO-principle and stock rotation.
    • Manage online products.
    • Perform quality control.
    • Client service.
