Data Analyst at Team Africa Ventures

Team Africa Ventures is looking for a Data Analyst to join our prop tech start up! We are looking for someone who can help us build up / tweak our pricing model to make sure our properties are always priced the best. You will also have a focus on analyzing new areas and options for the platform to see which or what will be the best revenue generator.

•  As a data analyst, your job is to sort carefully through data, analyze market strategies and
• consumer habits and make decisions about the future of the company.
• We are looking for a pricing analyst to help us audit our expenses and find ways to make our
• operations more cost-efficient.
• You’ll be the go-to person for analysis and you’ll get to prepare reports to help
• management make better decisions. Ultimately, your job will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure profitability and business success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the short-let market
• Gather and analyze financial data by the dozens
• Conduct market research to support future business planning
• Managing Team Africa Ventures monetary expectations
• Make an impact on Team Africa Ventures business everyday across our operations
• Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes)
• Influence management conversations with deep insights drawn from observing trends related to revenue performance
